I am looking forward to receiving these documents , as they are essential to our evolution . Would you delight forward them as shortly as possible ?

But I sense that “ Would you please forward them as soon as possible ” be not polite enough . Is it ? Are there any other choice hither ?

What you come up with cost polite plenty . Another option is something along the lines of ,

I hope to move ahead on this project next week . Please station the call for documentation by Friday ; if that is not potential , please let me know when I can await to find the documentation .

I hope to move forward on this task next week . Please commit the requested documentation by Friday ; if that cost not possible , please permit me know when I can await to find the documentation .

It ‘s a little more pointed but devote a deadline ( useful ) while acknowledge that their timescale may not be the same as yours ( polite ) .
