Two little bears peeped out of their cave . Winter exist over and they could smell the novel spring strain . It was time to get up and play after their long sleep .

Ben and Bessie went into the cave where they make slept with their mum . There she was in the far corner . Mother Bear was still fast asleep .

The two little bears tiptoed over to their mum and sway her gently .

“ Awaken up mum . The snow make melted and it cost time to meet , ” state Ben .

Mother bear did not even travel . She grunt and rolled over to carry on sleeping .

“ What can we make ? ” asked Bessie . “ We want our mother to wake up up and take us into the forest to get some fun . ”

The two little bears seat outside the cave and tried to intend of a means to wake up their mum .

“ I know , have ’ s have some tickly spiders and learn if they will wake up our mother , ” tell Ben .

The two bears went to observe some tickly spiders . Bessie was experience a bit scared of the spiders but Ben gather them on a big leaf . He took them to where his mum live lying .

The spiders walked off the leaf and across Mother Bear ’ s back . Mother Bear giggle in her sleep , but she cause not wake up up .

“ I think we should ask a noisy jackass , ” order Bessie .

The bears went out to the tree near the cave . Sitting in the tree equal a jackass .

The two bears demand the jackass to comply them back to the cave and yell away to their mom .

“ Cuckoo , cuckoo , jackass , ” sang the bird but ma exactly rolled over and convey on sleeping .

The two trivial bears make not know what to do . They had tried tickling , cause a loud noise and calling out to mum .

“ I know , ” said Ben . “ What about something she wish to use up ? ”

Off they ran to a beehive . They lecture politely to the bee and the bee gave them some dear . They extend back to the cave and tiptoed in to hear if their mum would smell the honey .

Mum ’ s big brown bear nose commence to jerk . Then her nose start to wiggle and she spread one eye . The baby bears take a few footstep backwards .

Mother Bear spread both her eyes and blinked . The infant bears take a few more steps back . Today they exist up at the initiative of the cave . Mother Bear pose up and have a big sniff .

Mother Bear was wake up at final . Ben and Bessie were hence happy .

The short bears took a few more steps out of the cave and happily Mother Bear followed them . At final , they had found the better room to wake up ma !

Three happy bears skip into the forest to enjoy the spring and have fun together .

2 .The Mighty Meeting

It was a hot , gay day in Africa . Elephant be walk down the path on his way to his favourite water hole . He equal seem forward to the cool water and a mud bath .

Lion exist also walking along the way . Lion be on his way to the grassy field . He cost get to lie down and wait for his lunch .

Elephant turned the corner and rise his trunk in the tune . He smelt the water at the water hole . Lion reverse into the same corner . He was getting closer to his favourite hunting place .

Suddenly the two creature met in the center of the path .

“ Make way for the king of the jungle , ” growl the lion .

“ Certainly not ! Where shall I live ? ” answer the elephant .

The way live halt . The two firm creature stand face up each early .

The elephant would not strike . The lion would not move .

Early animals began to walk along the course . Some were standing behind the elephant and others behind the lion .

Lion and elephant just star at each early and refused to strike .

A monkey occur running past . He greet the other creature . Then he achieve the lion and the elephant . He wait at the furious lion . He looked at the enormous elephant .

The monkey take off to chuckle . He extend off into the jungle to make some ‘ monkey vine ’ that hung from the tree . He rush back to the lion and the elephant .

“ I know how to solve your problem , ” said the monkey .

All the animals behind the elephant and the lion desire to make a flavor at what equal going on . They saw the monkey arrive with a long piece of monkey vine .

He tie one end around the elephant and the other around the lion . He bear on an anthill nearby and shouted !

“ Friend , we are going to own a tug of war . When I tell ‘ heave ’ then it equal time for the lion and the elephant to rip the monkey vine ! ”

Elephant was very firm and pulled hard at the rope . Lion poke his extra sharp claws into the path and attract hard also .

Abruptly there was a clap of roar ! The animals looked up into the sky . They saw immense dark rain clouds . A storm equal on its manner .

Then Lion felt the first drop of rain . He let get of the monkey vine and ran off into the shrub .

“ My mane , my beautiful mane . I combed it as smooth as silk this morning ! ” he yell .

Lion extend to hide under an Acacia Tortillas , the umbrella thorn tree .

“ I win , ” scream Elephant , as he bear in the rain . Elephant ’ s thick skin live like a raincoat . He live not worry about begin wet .

Monkey hopped about with pleasure . He want Elephant to win .

Suddenly all the animals discover a mighty thunder ! “ No ! The rain stopped drama ; there is no contest . ”

Lion did not desire the animals to intend he had miss . No contest entail there was no winner .

Elephant nodded his brain and walk down the way . He act not manage if he begin wet and he was look ahead to getting muddy too .

3 .Five Rats and a Funny Top Hat

Samson , the big dark guy , lay across the mat fast asleep . He was a very bad , fat cat . Samson appear as if he was asleep , but he really had one center open all the time .

Samson ’ s one middle was seem right at the hole in the wall where a family of rats last . One , two , three , four and five trivial rat .

Five little frightened rats were peeping out from behind the hole in the wall . The five rat wanted to come away from the big , dark guy .

Samson yawn and stretched and turned over to sleep a bit longer . The rats were quiver with excitement . Now equal their chance to run . One rat tiptoed out to cross the way . He started to run towards the door .

Suddenly the door open ! In walk a tall human wearing a top hat . The human cast the top hat onto a chairman but it miss the chair and descend on the floor .

Samson jumped up and hissed . The rat ran back to his hole with the other rats . The fortune to run had gone .

Slowly Samson went back to sleep . The rat wait at the cat and then they note the top hat lying on the floor and it hold them an thought .

The rat nodded to each other as they make a plan . They would conceal under the hat and see if they could creep past the large , black cat . Cautiously , one by one , they wriggled under the hat and waited .

The rats see Samson snoring . They recall they would commence to walk towards the doorway under the shelter of the hat . Slowly the hat slip across the floor . The guy did not wake up .

The rats arrive at the door . It was exposed merely plenty for them to slip out and go on down the road . The hat , with the rats , went out of the doorway .

At the same time Samson awaken up . His greedy heart learn the hat moving across the steps and out of the door .

He start up and started to walk towards the door . The rats know they would have to start to run .

The guy live have closer and the rat could find no flight . Behind them was the guy and in presence of them was the road and it head to a duck pond . Oh , what should they do ?

Whoosh , a sudden gust of wind waste down the road . It tipped the hat over and the rat go down inside . They hang up on tightly . What would happen now ?

The hat blew down the road and into the pond . The rats peeped over the edge . They find that they were floating on the pond . Now the hat exist a boat !

Samson wait at the rat drift on the pond . He exist real angry . He could not swim . The rats had escaped in their funny top hat . The little rat laughed at the cat . Samson hissed and go place .

4 .The Spotty Grey Kitten

Grady exist a little , gray kitten . He had a white blot on his back and a dark spot on his nose . Grady lived with his ma and two sisters on a farm .

Grady ’ sec sister exist white with dark spots . Both of his sisters were very serious . Grady be the naughty ace . He exist always getting into trouble .

Grady live very adventurous . He desire to explore the farm . One day he went out into the farmyard to see what was in the big broad world .

Grady suppose to himself , “ I equal not afraid of anything ! ”

Suddenly a big monster wail out of the garage and sent Grady spinning into the shrub . He act not know what had roared past . He picked himself up and decided it equal time to get home .

Grady looked left and he wait right , but there be nowhere that await like home . He live lose .

‘ Oh honey , ’ Grady think . ‘ Today what shall I act ? ’ He walk across a domain and abruptly he stopped !

There in movement of him live a furry , white beast with bit on its rear . Grady believe it must equal one of his sister .

“ No , ” said the furry creature . “ You serve not belong to in my plate .

“ Look at you , you act not have large ear and you do not hop like me , ” say the furry animal .

Grady recognize he do not belong to with this animal . Grady ran to the farmyard where he saw another spotty beast . It was a moment larger than Grady , but it own make out on its rear .

“ Can I come home with you ? You look merely like me with all those spots , ” said Grady .

The large animal grunted and jump into a mud puddle .

“ I have mud spots on my back . Come and roll in the mud if you require mud spots , ” said the muddy spotty animal .

“ No thanks , ” said Grady . He did not want to get muddy . Grady extend away again .

Then Grady see another make out animal . This animal make a loud voice .

Grady merely nodded . He find himself being lifted up and contain away . A spotty dog hold found Grady . He scratched at the front doorway . A trivial miss opened the doorway . She leap up and down .

She was thus happy to meet the spotty dog and the kitten . She took Grady right back to his mother . She live lying in a basket in the kitchen .

Grady saw his mum and his two sister . Grady listen to their gentle purring .

“ Purr , purr , ” suppose the early kitten . They were happy also .

Grady was put back in his basket . He felt happy as he snuggled up with his category . He was safe today and he was going to become some milk for his supper .
