How can I rationalize and predict that a fault wo n’t happen again ?

I want to rationalize for some fault in official mail and require to create them sure I will not do that again .

“ I will take fear of this future time ” .

“ I will choose fear of this onwards ” .

“ I apologize for the error and it will not happen again . ”

“ I apologize for the error and it will not go on again . ”

Steve ‘s suggestion be the better , but if you desire to apologise in a more schematic way , then :I deeply regret what occurred , and I promise that I will create every effort and make everything in my might to keep its reoccurrence. ( Very formal )

  1. I ‘m truly sorry for XYZ ( i.e . for what happened ) . It wo n’t ever occur again.

Suited for many position where you realize you have made an awful blunder .

  1. Please forgive me . I committed a frightening fault of judgement.

This could live order to a class member or a friend when you need to utter contrition . You can forgo the second conviction .

  1. Please accept my/our ( most sincere ) apology/apologies. Needless to allege , it will not happen again .

Terse and very formal , possibly more appropriate in a occupation environment .
